Install PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly in sheets by placing them in properly sized holes and squeezing them into place with a standard press. The head embeds into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove for a flushhead assembly. This secure installation offers high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, FH (flush-head) studs are suitable for sheet thicknesses of 1.00 mm and above. Type FH, FHS, and FHA variants cater to different material hardness levels, ensuring reliable performance in steel or aluminum sheets.
