Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Install our PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly by placing them in properly sized holes in sheets and squeezing them into place with any standard press. As you squeeze, the head embeds into the sheet, with the displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove, creating a flushhead assembly. This secure locking mechanism offers high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are suitable for sheet thicknesses of 0.040” and above. Choose Type FH for steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness criteria, FHS for slightly softer materials, and FHA for even lower hardness levels in aluminum. These self-clinching pins ensure reliable fastening in a variety of applications.
