Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Install our PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly by placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them in with a standard press. The stud head embeds seamlessly into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove, creating a flushhead assembly. This ensures a secure lock with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for sheet thicknesses of .040” and above. Type FH is recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, while Type FHS and FHA cater to varying hardness requirements in different materials.
