Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in sheets, simply placed in properly sized holes and squeezed into place with a standard press. The head embeds securely into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs for a flushhead assembly. This locking mechanism provides high torque-out and pushout resistances, ensuring reliability. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, our FH (flush-head) studs are suitable for various sheet thicknesses. Type FH is recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, while types FHS and FHA offer options for different material requirements.
