Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Install PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly by placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them into position with a standard press. The head of the stud embeds securely into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove. This creates a flushhead assembly, ensuring high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are suitable for sheet thicknesses of .040” and above. Type FH is ideal for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness ratings, while Types FHS and FHA are recommended for different sheet hardness levels.
