Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Install our PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly by placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them into position with a standard press. As you squeeze, the head embeds securely into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove for a flushhead assembly. This locking mechanism ensures high torque-out and pushout resistances, ideal for various applications. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are designed for sheet thicknesses of .040” and above. Type FH is recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness ratings, while Type FHS and FHA cater to different material and hardness specifications. Rest assured, these self-clinching pins are RoHS compliant, meeting environmental regulations. Explore the seamless installation process through our animation link.
