Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Install PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly with any standard press. Simply position them in correctly sized holes in the sheets and apply pressure to embed the head securely. The smooth flow of displaced metal around the ribs and into the annular groove creates a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH studs are suitable for sheet thicknesses of .040” and above. Choose Type FH for steel or aluminum sheets with HRB 80 or less, Type FHS for HRB 70 or less, and Type FHA for aluminum sheets with HRB 50 or less.
