Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer efficient installation by simply placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them into place with a standard press. This process embeds the stud head into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove for a flushhead assembly. The result is a secure lock with high torque-out and pushout resistances, available in FH (flush-head) design for sheet thicknesses of .040” and above. These studs come in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel options, and are recommended for use in various sheet materials based on hardness criteria. Their durable construction and easy installation make them a reliable choice for a wide range of applications.
