Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer effortless installation by simply placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them in with a standard press. The stud head embeds securely into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove, creating a flushhead assembly. This design ensures high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are suitable for sheet thicknesses of .040” and greater. Type FH is ideal for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness ratings, while Type FHS and FHA are recommended for varying hardness levels in aluminum and steel sheets. With a passivated finish and RoHS compliance, these self-clinching pins are reliable and versatile for a range of applications.
