Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Install our PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly by placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them in with a standard press. This seamless process embeds the stud head into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove for a flushhead assembly. Enjoy a secure lock with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for sheet thicknesses of .040” and above. Select Type FH for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, FHS for even lower hardness requirements, and FHA for aluminum sheets with the lowest hardness specifications.
