Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Install PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly by placing them in properly sized holes in sheets and squeezing them into place with a standard press. The head embeds securely into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove, creating a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are suitable for sheet thicknesses of .040” and greater. Type FH, FHS, and FHA variations are recommended for use in different materials and hardness levels, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
