Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer efficient installation in sheets by simply placing them in appropriately sized holes and pressing them in with a standard press. This process embeds the stud head seamlessly into the sheet, with the displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove. The result is a flushhead assembly that securely locks the stud in place, providing high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for sheet thicknesses of .040” and above. Recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, they ensure reliable fastening in various applications.
