Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer easy installation by simply placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them in with a standard tool. The stud's head embeds seamlessly into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing evenly for a flush assembly that provides high torque-out and pushout resistance. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for sheet thicknesses of 0.040" and above. Type FH is recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness ratings, while Type FHS and FHA are suitable for different material and hardness combinations. With a passivated finish and RoHS compliance, these self-clinching pins ensure secure and reliable fastening in various applications.
