Low-Displacement Head Studs - Types FHL, FHLS - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs feature a flush low-displacement head design, perfect for installations near the edge of sheets without causing bulging. Simply place the studs in appropriately sized holes and press them into position, securely embedding the head into the sheet. This creates a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Ideal for sheet thicknesses of 1.00 mm and greater, these studs are recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels. Made of 300 Series Stainless Steel with a passivated finish, they ensure durability and compliance with RoHS regulations.
