Low-Displacement Head Studs - Types FHL, FHLS - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs, designed for easy installation in sheets using a standard press, offer secure fastening with high torque-out and pushout resistances. The flush low-displacement head design allows for installation closer to sheet edges without bulging, ideal for sheet thicknesses of 0.040" and greater. Constructed from 300 series stainless steel with a passivated finish, these studs are recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness criteria.
