FHLS-256-10
Low-Displacement Head Studs - Types FHL, FHLS - Unified
Install our PEM® self-clinching studs effortlessly by placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them securely into position with a standard press. The unique design embeds the stud head into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove for a flushhead assembly. These low-displacement head studs (Types FHL and FHLS) offer a seamless fit even near sheet edges without causing bulging, making them ideal for various applications. Recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, these studs provide high torque-out and pushout resistances, ensuring a durable and reliable fastening solution. Made from 300 Series Stainless Steel with a passivated finish, they meet RoHS compliance standards. Watch our installation animation for a visual guide on how to use them effectively.
