Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer efficient installation by squeezing them into properly sized holes in sheets with a standard press. This process embeds the stud head securely, creating a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. The FHL (flush low-displacement head) design allows for installation closer to sheet edges without bulging, ideal for sheet thicknesses of 1.00 mm and above. Made of heat-treated carbon steel with a zinc plated finish, these studs are recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels.
