Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer convenient installation by simply placing them in properly sized holes in sheets and squeezing them into place with a standard press. This process embeds the stud head securely into the sheet, creating a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, ensuring reliable performance in various applications.
