Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a reliable fastening solution for a wide range of applications. Easily installed by squeezing into properly sized holes with a standard press, these studs create a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, they are suitable for use in various sheet materials. With different types recommended for specific hardness levels, including FH for steel or aluminum sheets with a hardness of 80 or less, FHS for 70 or less, and FHA for aluminum sheets with a hardness of 50 or less, these studs provide versatility and performance.
