Self-Clinching Threaded Studs - Type FH/FHS/FHA - Metric
Our self-clinching studs are seamlessly installed by positioning them in appropriately sized holes in the sheets and pressing them into place with a standard press. This process embeds the head of the stud into the sheet, with the displaced metal flowing smoothly and evenly around the ribs and into the annular groove. The result is a flushhead assembly that securely locks the stud in place, offering high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are suitable for use in various materials based on their recommended sheet thickness and hardness levels. Whether it's Type FH for steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness criteria, Type FHS for slightly softer materials, or Type FHA for aluminum sheets with lower hardness ratings, our self-clinching threaded studs provide reliable fastening solutions for a range of applications.
