Self-Clinching Threaded Studs - Type FH/FHS/FHA - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in sheets by simply placing them in properly sized holes and pressing them into place. The squeezing action embeds the head of the stud securely, with the displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove, creating a flushhead assembly. This ensures high torque-out and pushout resistances for a reliable fastening solution. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are suitable for use in various materials, with different types recommended based on the sheet hardness. FH studs are ideal for steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness ratings, while FHS and FHA options are tailored for softer sheet materials. Their metric thread size (M4 x 0.7) and RoHS compliance make them versatile and environmentally friendly choices for your assembly needs.
