Our PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in sheets, simply by placing them in appropriately sized holes and pressing them in with a standard press. This process embeds the stud head securely into the sheet, with the displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove. The result is a flushhead assembly that provides high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for use in sheets with a thickness of 1.00 mm and greater. With different variations recommended for various hardness levels in steel or aluminum sheets, including FH, FHS, and FHA types, our self-clinching pins offer reliable fastening solutions for a range of applications.
