Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Metric
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer seamless installation by fitting into appropriately sized holes in sheets and securing in place with a standard press. The squeezing process embeds the head into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove for a flushhead assembly. This method ensures a secure lock with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are suitable for various sheet thicknesses and hardness levels, providing reliable fastening solutions for industrial applications.
