Our self-clinching studs are effortlessly installed by fitting them into appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them in with a standard press. This process embeds the stud head into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove. The result? A flushhead assembly that securely locks the stud in place, offering high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are suitable for sheet thicknesses of .040” and above. Recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness ratings, they ensure reliable fastening in various industrial applications.
