The stud's head embeds securely into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly for a flushhead finish and strong locking. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are perfect for sheet thicknesses of .040" and above. With high torque-out and pushout resistances, they offer reliable fastening in materials with specific hardness levels. Choose Type FH for steel or aluminum sheets with HRB 80 or less, Type FHS for HRB 70 or less, and Type FHA for aluminum sheets with HRB 50 or less.
