Self-Clinching Threaded Studs - Type FH/FHS/FHA - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer easy installation by placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them securely into place. The head of the stud embeds into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the groove, creating a flushhead assembly that locks the stud in with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for use in specified minimum sheet thicknesses. Type FH is recommended for steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness ratings, while FHS and FHA types are suitable for lower hardness levels. Easy to install and reliable in performance, these threaded studs are essential for secure fastening applications.
