Stainless Steel Standoffs - Types CSS, CSOS - Metric
Ensure secure mounting in thin metal sheets with these standoffs, suitable for sheets as thin as 1.60mm. Designed for permanent installation, the fastener head locks firmly in a blind, milled hole, capable of supporting substantial loads. Featuring a concealed-head design, they leave the opposite sheet side smooth. Installation is straightforward with a hollow anvil and solid punch, as the fastener head is placed in the hole and pressed in using a standard press. With a material of 300 Series Stainless Steel and Passivated finish coating, these standoffs offer durability and reliability. Sheet preparation only requires a milled blind hole to the recommended depth, with center-cutting end mills available for ease. Smooth sheet metal flow around the head into the undercut ensures a neat and secure fit for a variety of applications.
