Ensure permanent mounting in metal sheets as thin as 1.60mm with these standoffs. Simple sheet preparation involving a milled blind hole to the recommended depth is all that's required. Installation is straightforward using a hollow anvil and solid punch, with displaced sheet metal flowing smoothly around the head into the undercut. Made of 300 Series Stainless Steel with a passivated finish, these standoffs offer durability and reliability for various applications.
