These stainless steel standoffs ensure secure and permanent mounting in metal sheets as thin as 1.60mm. Designed for heavy loads, the fastener head is locked in a blind, milled hole, leaving the opposite sheet side smooth. With simple installation using a hollow anvil and solid punch, these standoffs offer ease of use. Sheet preparation only requires a milled blind hole to the recommended depth, and center-cutting end mills are available for this purpose. Made from 300 series stainless steel with a passivated finish, they guarantee durability and corrosion resistance for various applications. Additionally, a helpful animation is available for visual guidance.
