Concealed-Head Studs - Types CHA,CFHA,CHC,CFHC - Unified
These studs are designed for secure, permanent mounting in thin metal sheets, as thin as .062 inches. Featuring a concealed-head design, they ensure a smooth finish on the opposite side of installation. With the ability to handle substantial loads, the fastener head is locked securely in a blind, milled hole. Installation is straightforward using a hollow anvil and solid punch, requiring only a milled blind hole to the recommended depth. Made of 300 Series Stainless Steel with a passivated finish, they are both durable and corrosion-resistant. The displaced sheet metal flows smoothly around the head into the undercut, providing a strong and reliable fastening solution.
