Concealed-Head Studs - Types CHA,CFHA,CHC,CFHC - Metric
These studs ensure secure mounting in thin metal sheets as little as 1.60mm thick, with a head that locks firmly in a blind, milled hole to support substantial loads. Featuring a concealed-head design, they leave the opposite sheet side smooth. Installation is straightforward, requiring only a milled blind hole of recommended depth. Utilizing center-cutting end mills for preparation, these studs and standoffs can be easily installed using a hollow anvil and solid punch. With displaced sheet metal flowing smoothly around the head into the undercut, they guarantee a seamless finish on metal surfaces.
