These concealed-head studs are designed for secure, permanent mounting in thin metal sheets as thin as 1.60mm. With a head that locks tightly in a blind, milled hole, they can withstand substantial loads while keeping the opposite side of the sheet smooth. Installation is straightforward, requiring just a milled blind hole to the recommended depth. Using a hollow anvil and solid punch, these studs can be easily inserted with any standard press, with the displaced sheet metal flowing smoothly around the head into the undercut. Perfect for applications where a clean, flush finish is essential.
