Floating Self-Clinching Fasteners A4, AS, AC - Metric

These floating self-clinching fasteners offer both locking and non-locking threads, providing essential load-bearing support in thin sheets while allowing for precise adjustment up to 0.76mm for mating hole misalignment. Featuring a self-clinching design for easy assembly, they are seamlessly integrated into prepared holes using standard press equipment, with the sheet remaining flush on one side and the fastener permanently locked in place. The threads of the floating nut extend fully into the retainer shank, enhancing strength and support in assembly, and a self-locking version ensures secure fastening with torque performance meeting NASM25027 specifications. Available in non-locking Type A4 and self-locking Type LA4 variations, they are suitable for stainless steel sheets as thin as 0.97mm with hardness up to HRB 88. Many of these fasteners comply with US NASM45938/11 specifications, making them ideal for a wide range of applications in aerospace and military industries.
