Our PEM® self-clinching studs, made of heat-treated carbon steel with a zinc plated finish, offer reliable fastening solutions for various applications. Designed for easy installation by squeezing them into properly sized holes in sheets using a standard press, these TFH (non-flush) studs are ideal for sheets as thin as 0.51mm. The studs create a secure lock with high torque-out and pushout resistances, even in thicker sheets where flush head studs are not required. While the TFH studs do not sit flush with the sheet surface, they provide dependable fastening in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels. Choose Type TFH for sheets up to HRB 80 or HB 150, and Type TFHS for sheets up to HRB 70 or HB 125.
