Our PEM® self-clinching studs, made of heat-treated carbon steel with a zinc-plated finish, offer reliable fastening solutions for a variety of applications. Designed for easy installation in thin sheets as thin as 0.51mm, these TFH (non-flush) studs provide high torque-out and pushout resistances. The unique squeezing action during installation embeds the stud securely into the sheet, with the head protruding slightly above the surface.
