Non-Flush Studs - Types TFH, TFHS - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs, made of heat-treated carbon steel with a zinc-plated finish, offer reliable fastening for thin sheets as thin as .020 inches. These TFH (non-flush) studs are easily installed by squeezing them into properly sized holes, creating a secure, high torque-out and pushout resistant connection. While the stud head may protrude slightly above the surface, it ensures a strong grip in steel or aluminum sheets with hardness levels of HRB 80 or less. For even softer materials, TFHS studs are recommended for optimal performance. Compliant with RoHS standards, these studs are a dependable choice for various industrial applications.
