Our PEM® self-clinching studs, made of heat-treated carbon steel with a zinc-plated finish, offer reliable fastening solutions for thin sheets as thin as .020 inches. Available in a non-flush TFH design, these studs are installed easily using standard presses, providing high torque-out and pushout resistances. Perfect for applications where flush head studs are not required, the TFH studs securely lock into place, with the head projecting above the sheet surface by approximately .025 inches. With different punches and anvils required for installation, these studs are versatile for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness ratings, ensuring durability and strength in various industrial settings.
