Non-Flush Studs - Types TFH, TFHS - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs, made of heat-treated carbon steel with a zinc-plated finish, offer reliable fastening solutions for a variety of applications. Easily installed by squeezing them into properly sized holes in sheets using a standard press, these TFH (non-flush) studs are suitable for thin sheets as thin as .020 inches. While they do not sit flush, the studs provide secure locking with high torque-out and pushout resistances. With Type TFH recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, our studs ensure durable and efficient fastening in your projects.
