High-Strength Studs - Type HFH/HFHS/HFHB - Unified
Our PEM® self-clinching studs provide a secure and efficient fastening solution for a variety of applications. Easily installed with standard presses, these studs create a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) Studs offer enhanced pull-through resistance, while the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) Studs are ideal for superior electrical/mechanical attachment points. Made of phosphor bronze, they ensure excellent conductivity and are suitable for use in a range of materials, including steel, aluminum, and copper. With various types available for different strength requirements, these studs are a reliable choice for high-strength applications in thin sheets.
