Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer a high-strength solution for secure attachment in sheet materials. Designed for easy installation using standard press equipment, these studs feature a flushhead assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistances. The HFH (heavy-duty) studs, suitable for a variety of applications, provide improved pull-through resistance with their large head design. For superior electrical and mechanical attachment points, the HFHB (heavy-duty BUSBAR®) studs, made of phosphor bronze, offer twice the conductivity of carbon steel studs. Available in metric sizes with various thread options, these studs are ideal for use in steel, aluminum, and copper sheets of specific hardness levels.
