The stud heads embed securely into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove for a flushhead assembly. This locking mechanism ensures high torque-out and pushout resistances, ideal for various applications. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs accommodate sheet thicknesses of .040” and greater. Choose Type FH for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels, FHS for even lower hardness requirements, and FHA for aluminum sheets with softer hardness specifications.
