Our self-clinching studs offer easy installation by simply placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them into place with a standard press. The squeezing action securely embeds the stud head into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the annular groove for a flushhead assembly. This design ensures high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for sheet thicknesses of 0.040" and above. With various types recommended for different materials and hardness levels, they provide reliable fastening solutions for a range of applications.
