Self-Clinching Pins - Type FH, FHS, FHA - Unified
Easily install PEM® self-clinching studs in sheets by placing them in appropriately sized holes and pressing them securely with a standard press. The head of the stud embeds into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly around the ribs and into the groove for a flushhead assembly. This method ensures high torque-out and pushout resistances, suitable for sheet thicknesses of .040" and greater. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for use in steel or aluminum sheets with specific hardness levels.
