Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer effortless installation by simply placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them in with a standard press. The head embeds securely into the sheet, with displaced metal flowing smoothly for a flushhead assembly that ensures high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for sheet thicknesses of .040” and greater. With variations like Type FHS and FHA, they are tailored for use in different materials and hardness levels, making them versatile and reliable components for various applications.
