Our PEM® self-clinching studs are designed for easy installation in sheets, simply placed in properly sized holes and squeezed into place with a standard press. The head embeds into the sheet, with metal flowing smoothly around the ribs for a flushhead assembly, ensuring secure locking with high torque-out and pushout resistances. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for sheet thicknesses of .040” and greater. They offer reliable performance in various materials, with different types recommended based on hardness levels for optimal results.
