Our PEM® self-clinching studs offer easy installation by simply placing them in appropriately sized holes in sheets and pressing them in with a standard press. This process embeds the head securely, creating a flush assembly with high torque-out and pushout resistance. Available in aluminum, steel, or stainless steel, these FH (flush-head) studs are ideal for sheet thicknesses of .040” and above. Different variations, like FHS and FHA, cater to specific material hardness requirements.
