Stainless Steel Standoffs - Types CSS, CSOS - Metric
Ensure permanent mounting in metal sheets as thin as 1.60mm with these standoffs. The fastener head is securely locked in a blind, milled hole, capable of handling substantial loads while keeping the sheet smooth on the opposite side. Installation is simple using a hollow anvil and solid punch, with displaced sheet metal flowing smoothly around the head into the undercut. Sheet preparation only requires a milled blind hole to the recommended depth, and center-cutting end mills are available for this purpose.
