Stainless Steel Standoffs - Types CSS, CSOS - Unified
Ensure permanent mounting in metal sheets as thin as .062 in with these standoffs. The fastener head is securely locked in a blind, milled hole, capable of handling substantial loads. Featuring a concealed-head design, the opposite side of the sheet remains smooth. Sheet preparation is easily achieved with a milled blind hole, and installation is simple using a hollow anvil and solid punch. The head of the fastener is placed in the hole and inserted using any standard press, with displaced sheet metal flowing smoothly around the head into the undercut.
