Designed for sheets as thin as 1.60mm, they feature a locking mechanism that holds the fastener head firmly in a blind, milled hole, capable of withstanding substantial loads. The concealed-head design maintains a smooth surface on the opposite side of installation, and sheet preparation is simple with a milled blind hole to the recommended depth. Installation is effortless using a hollow anvil and solid punch, with displaced sheet metal flowing smoothly around the head into the undercut. Crafted from 300 Series Stainless Steel with a passivated finish, these standoffs offer durability and corrosion resistance for a wide range of applications.
